2024 Solar Eclipse time-lapse

A time-lapse video, originally captured at two frames per second and rendered back at 30 FPS, so speeded up about 15X. Taken with an Insta360 X3 camera statically mounted at our eclipse observing site in Fulton, NY in the Walmart parking lot.

First 360 degree video, so the editing is.. what it is! It starts with a view of my Astro-Physics 130 EDFGT refractor and Canon 6D DSLR camera that I used to take higher resolution still images of the clouds between me and the eclipse. Then we pan over to me and my buddy Don that I knew back when I lived in Maryland and was a member of the HAL astronomy club. Glad I was able to meet-up with him for the eclipse.
