This is the new Shield build I would run with (ranged weapon can vary). Currently, Feel No Pain is very bugged (you lose stacks even if you block), so Heavy Hitter will generally benefit you a lot more. You are always using H1 or H2 with the Shield anyway.

Why don't you take the Unstoppable node at the right of Heavy Hitter ? Is it bugged or ? You could leave out the toughness regen on multiple enemies to get it. As always, damned gunners the bane of ogryns, I even had one down me while I was using my ult sprint diagonally... I thought you dodged when sprinting but I guess there is a specific angle and/or range...
