Troubleshooting clips in VR

I think screenshot is click, video is hold. I'm used to PS4 but after we got a PS5, I had to do some digging, especially when clips didn't save my voice. Press the options or whatever the not start button is to bring up the menu, it should be in the options icon to the right. Would have been nice to know earlier but oh well.

Moods are exhausted, confused, normal/happy, confused/annoyed panic. I can't tell if my voice is weird, but I do have a big plastic block on my nose. Just thought I would upload for troubleshooting tips and so I can stop being falsely accused of being someone I have never heard of.
