Today we’re actually going to go over the exception where it’s okay to utilize your unaffected arm to get recovery gains of your affected arm.   • I'm 4 months in had nothing but crappy ots and pts hope I haven't waited to long to get good good therapy benefits I've been doing my own thing stretches and stuff trying to get this left arm going I have some movement can close hand and raise arm a little I can feel everything in the arm the leg I've worked hard doing my own stuff since therapists didn't give a shit, I can take ,50 -60 baby steps without cane I can beat a snail in a race lol😂,thank you for your videos
