They started to accept/stop caring about people watching anime a year or 2 after I graduated. I remember having to hide it back then, and now a lot more people watch it and / or just accept the fact grown folks watch it. Wild times back then. 😂

One time I was listening to music and this guy starts roasting me, so I look him in the face, and I say, "Ya know, I would listen to you, but I'm too busy listening to something that's actually meaningful and has worth." I'm dead serious. I called some idiot meaningless and worthless, and I said it to his face. Let's just say I was almost never roasted again. And I'm not even that kid.

I was made fun of for watching anime, even animation shows like miraculous ladybug. I always get humiliated for it and barely could find people who like what I like. But as soon as I reached college, I'm a sophomore now, No one cared. But they still had me as their friend. I was never roasted much than I was in high school

I was roasted a lot all the way up until high school. By 7th grade I became that quiet kid that avoided everyone and never spoke but always had decent grades. Most people were actually scared of me, which worked in my favor.......until people wanted to be my friend and wouldn't leave me alone.... like I'm not likable. Go away damnit.

I remember in highschool there was this weird thing people did where they would find their clique by the pictures they put in the outside binder sleeve. I swear it was like watching a nature documentary. I had a friend who saw a girl with K-pop band pictures and decided to stalk her through the library like a lion on the prowl. That girl later became part of our friend group. It was the most bizarre thing.
