It's driving me sooo crazy cause all I do is think about this person non stop!! Every single day every morning/night!! Update almost 3yrs later Guys the reason why I couldn’t stop thinking about him was because of the unsolved situation we had and he was my first love it’s a huge attachment. But thank you for those who are supportive and opening up about the same issue. I’m way great now I’ve always have been I was just wasn’t sure why I kept thinking about him.

FORGIVENESS is a key for freedom. That person you think about or stuck your head is still inside you , still have feelings. The only way to break thru is forgiveness. Forgive that person that hurts you and forgive yourself. Your not doing for that person you doing it for yourself. Accept that looses. Once you accepted, your realize " You are free" No more thinking about that person anymore.

I've been in this situation before and I've started getting the mindset that I'm not going to waste my time chasing after someone who clearly wants nothing to do with me. Even if it's someone who I really like.

I've seen this video a couple of times before and it still facts. I wake up every single day and he's stayed glued in my head all day and night to the point that he pops up in my dreams. It crazy as hell!!

I just feel like if people can put their pride and ego to the side and be willing to love solve their problem within, then maybe there will be no thinking about someone you love from a distance. If the both of you love each other, then be willing to do what you need to do for the relationship to last a lifetime. Why do people like to make things difficult?
