I think the Music Awards or something was in town, (before julie-Annie fucked it up & Disney-fied Times Square) I was on my way to a job @ UPS, Pac was at a public phone, 2 other dudes with him, just regular dudes. Pac just happened to hang up the phone when I passed, and we just exchanged pounds n hugs. That's the energy I see in this video. I remember even when X first came on, people were comparing him to Pac. He took that as a compliment.
