New York Style Pizza in Seattle???

In a marked departure from my usual material, a friend and I assess the viability of "New York Style Pizza" at Supreme, a bar and pizzeria in the University District of Seattle. Just as you'd find in any given pizzeria in the New York metropolitan area, there is a glass counter displaying several different pies with myriad toppings when you first walk in.
