When it comes to rap groups/rappers from Southside Queens, Organized Konfusion (with the legendary emcee Pharaoe Monch) keeps getting overlooked and skipped over in these conversations. Their debut album came out October 1991 and they repped for their town. Look up the track The Rough Side of Town. Lost Boyz came out in '96.
