One day I woke up seeing more clearly than before and I asked myself, "Can you improve eyesight naturally?" It was that question that started me on my journey of natural vision improvement. When I started, my Left Eye was -5.00 with -1 for astigmatism correction, 80 degree axis and my Right Eye was -4.00. I initially started with the Bates Method and then learned about active focus and reduced lenses. After a couple months of trying things, I got my first clear flash and without glasses! I was seeing perfectly clearly for a few seconds. This changed the way I looked at vision restoration, and it's when my journey truly began.

I'm now seeing perfect clear 90-95% of the time.

Optometrist confirmation will be coming soon!

This Youtube channel is about how I improved my nearsighted vision (myopia) naturally without surgery. I found that relaxation and habit changes, not eye exercises, lead to better vision.

I have zero eye problems, unlike most of my peers, yet I watch your videos out of curiosity. Your videos have explained why I do. Every method to improve vision you recommend are things I already do automatically. I think a big one is I've been a runner for years now, and while I'm running, I'm naturally doing all the methods as I view and interact with my environment. I think it's no coincidence we've seen a huge uptick in eye problems in the era of people staying indoors looking at screens with their neck tilted to do so, or that the people with the stereotypically bad eyes in other ages were the nerds who stayed indoors reading books, often by candlelight if they could afford it, while I've always preferred to read outside or in a south facing window.

It is good to see people getting their natural vision back successfully.

Love the video Mark! Simple, straightforward, with easy to understand examples and explanations. Glad to subscribe to your new channel dedicated to natural vision :)

Thanks for this! Poor posture and not moving my head has been a tough habit to break. And I know for sure that years reading in bed or slumped in a chair have only made matters worse. Will keep at it. Excellent lesson. Mahalo! 🤙🤓

Over the last few years I started developing severe astigmatism. I watched this video and correlated your violin/eye positioning with the countless hours I've been messing on my phone while side-laying on my bed, supporting my head with a hand on my cheek, with no regard to good device/eye-alignment. Now lately I've been just slightly crossing my eyes often while in this position to try to ensure I'm having linear left/right eye movement. The two images I will see when slightly crossing my eyes will not deviate from linear alignment if my eyes and phone are in a good position. I've been doing this for many weeks now and have already noticed significant improvement and I can't thank you enough for this information that I probably would've never heard anywhere, otherwise. 😊

Wow! This was fascinating! I’d never heard this before…..posture and head tilt related to astigmatism. Very clear and informative video.

I agree with many others about your post being concise and helpful. And it really makes sense! Thank you for the explanation and your personal experiences with troubleshooting your own astigmatism.
  • Amazing thank you so much I'm fixing mine and Jesus is helping me ! I've improved my vision with other natural cures and ways and decreasing my prescription 1-2 and it has improved. 😊😊😊😊

Amazing! Great explanation. Thank you for giving us hope ❤

Thanks so much! This info is super helpful. Astigmatism has been a big challenge for me, and it's been difficult to improve. Now I have a few practical things (like looking straight on and moving my head) to help improve it.
  • Hi, Mark! Hope you come with a new video soon. Nobody can explain steps in vision improvment like you. Watching you from Sweden.

Amazing content, Mark! I'm still getting used to all the 'you crazy?' stares that people give me whenever I tell them that I only need glasses inside (to see the monitor), but can see almost perfectly outside without them. It's really as simple as listening to what my body is telling me and avoiding anything that strains my eyes. My family almost got used to the 'zombie' stare I use to get rid of all tension. Your videos were tremendously helpful for me to get into this 'ease' mentality. Whenever I need a clear flash, I just imagine myself as a newborn child who just discovered his ability to see and then try to use my eyes as this child would. This effortlessness oriented mentality even helps in restoring my sense of smell after losing it to corona! I'm almost done with my studies and will have about 2-3 months of free time to invest into learning how to properly use my eyes (and body!). I understand it's the journey that matters, but still can't wait to get from 'occasional clear flashes after calming down' stage to 'consistent and effortless good vision', especially given my low myopia of -2.25. Thank you for what you're doing for the eyes of the world!

    Great! Good presentation as well!

Just listening to your voice heals my eyesight 🐥

How cool is that?! Thank you, Mark!! I cannot afford toric lenses with my cataract surgery. I will be doing these things to correct it on my own. With Gods help of course. I feel very confident! My posture has really gone down with my cell phone usage. I’m disabled so do a lot of screen stuff and only have my phone.

Thank You! Especially for doing the research as a layman and saving me oodles of time. Now, off to exercise these principles. Hope I can watch the local symphony without seeing double the number of musicians. I have to watch everything with my right eye closed.

Your videos are so helpful and it's changed my perspective on vision improvement Thank you so much!. I want to add some my notes here, "I've found that making Eye Contact with people really improves our Vision. It keeps our eyes away from being lazy and somehow I felt that it changes our mentality on the vision improvement." If you want to improve the vision, also use this Technique. I found out this on myself with God's Grace. Thank God!.
