Who the hell puts an electronic lock on a sauna door
  • A locking sauna door is possibly the dumbest and most dangerous idea I've ever heard
  • 500IQ design "lets make a sauna/freezer where you cant open it from the inside!"
  • @areatrix
why the hell was there a lock on a sauna. like what is the reason for that?? what if you wanted to get out early? just stupid. rest in peace
  • It is not the deaths that bother me, it is the helplessness of the victims

My mom has diabetes and she was taking a medication that, unbeknownst to us, was slowly making her kidneys fail. One day, she went to go visit my sister, and as soon as she got into my sister’s apartment, she was going in and out of consciousness, was vomiting, couldn’t stand up, etc. My sister wasn’t that far from the hospital and wanted someone to drive my mom, but no one had their license except my mom and she had state insurance so she wouldn’t have to pay for an ambulance—so another person there yelled at her to call an ambulance. When my mom arrived to the hospital, the doctors found out her kidneys were failing and her body was going into septic shock. The stress on her body also gave her a heart attack. She barely pulled through and spent nine days in the hospital. Moral of the story—make sure you know your health condition and side effects of a medication before you take it, and go see a doctor immediately if you’re experiencing ANY side effects. You never know when it could turn life-threatening.
  • I cannot for the life of me comprehend the benefit to having a electronic lock on a sauna. Trapping someone inside such dyer conditions just seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen but it actually exists, doesn't it? Good God

Actually came across with a freezer door at work this week, that to me at least seemed is not openable from the inside. Gotta check it more thoroughly next time and see if there's any alarms etc. If not, potential hazard report about it would be in order..

There’s this crazy thing on all squat racks called safety arms, if they were used it would’ve saved Justyn Vicky 😔

Since 2021 – just 3 years – 29 people killed in grain storage accidents? That surely needs some attention, no?

11:30 this is why factory maintenance should be alerted to everyone. Everyone should know which machine is being worked on at all times and no one should enter them alone, or at least not do the job alone, the machines should be isolated from the main system for preventing them from turning on, and there should always be personnel outside guarding it with yellow tape. Things like this are very preventable yet they always happen.
  • Dude…that air compressor one is so crazy because (unlike the guy who did it) I had no clue that just putting the nozzle close to an orifice could cause such deadly injuries ffs! 😳😓🤦‍♀️

So I'm here, trying to improve my english skills with video talking about horrible and gruesome death...
  • Wtf kind of sauna doesn't always open from the inside? That's the biggest possible design flaw you can make🤦‍♀️
  • @OpP-if6gw
That freezer one stressed me out. Besides the business taking the door repair seriously, a cell phone in her pocket could have saved her life.
  • People never understand that saving money by putting others at risk always ends up costing you more!
  • I’ve witnessed multiple deaths. A guy was walking with his wife and he just crumpled to the ground. Sudden and unexplained cardiac arrest. I gave CPR until the dude was blue. He was done. Another one was my colleague at work in a security job. He shot himself in the head with his .38 shot 2 arm lengths in front of me. The crazy thing about the second one is that a month later I was abducted in an armed robbery and driven to some other area 90 minutes away and dumped in an ally. Anyone that thinks a gun is instant death, it’s not always. Poor Ken was choking and moaning for a full minute before he died. I think that part to me was more traumatic than seeing the remnants of his head spread 4ft up the wall. In the words of Robert McCall (Denzel), “you don’t know what death is”.
