Pakoras - tasty nibbles!

A staple snack of the subcontinent, pakoras are battered vegetables, deep fried. You can use anything you like - today at The Hutch, it's Paneer and Green Pepper with Radish. You can slice carrot, potato, and cauliflower - of course, most of you will be familiar with the ubiquitous onion version! Go on, give them a try...     Love the tip to dry fry the gram flour first. Will be trying that!
