It's crazy how this was literally just a song on in the game and they managed to give it such new meaning.

That whole end scene. These animators truly captured what deep sorrow and grief looks like. how tired Lucy looks at the end. The lines under her eyes and the exhaustion in how she moves. So different from the person we saw at the beginning. I broke when she smiled weakly, took a deep breath, and embraced the sunlight.

Out of the entire show, ‘Becca’s end hit me the hardest. She made it through so much, lost so much, and was still 100% ride or die with what was left of the crew at the end.

How can a song still hit the feels after a year…..

Really makes this series so much sweeter when you learn that she's a tragically abused netrunner and not the ultra dom girl she seems to be. It is really a tale of love between two innocents.

The thing is, both of Lucy's and David's wishes were granted, David wanted to live as he likes, he realized this when Adam was about to kill him, he realizes that he didn't actually want to become a legend, what he just wanted, was to live. Lucy got to the moon, but she got there without David, here, she realizes that what she actually wanted, was to be with David.

This song is too emotion. The anime ending made me tear in my eyes.

So I finished edgerunners yesterday….. I don’t think a show has made me feel so empty and sad after it’s ending, I literally sat there motionless. Even though I get pretty emotional with games I rarely cry, but after the credits rolled I teared up man, a literal emotional rollercoaster. This show is an absolute masterpiece. Now it’s impossible to not get goosebumps listening to this, what an INCREDIBLE song. I freaking love the cast so damn much and I WISH we could have spent more time with them, I especially would’ve liked to see more of the Rebecca and Falco duo, their chemistry was damn awesome. David and Lucy will always have a special place in my heart ❤

I watched this anime 2 day ago with a group of people who already watched it and they were waiting for my reactions, they did not expect me to cry like I did. The scene with Lucy seeing David in the moon was the thing that broke me down, even I was surprised when I felt the thick tears rolling down my cheeks but I couldn't stop crying. Even now it's making my eyes sting and water, I need to compose myself but this anime really hit me hard. They really made me want to play the game now.

Sometimes, all that's needed for a song to go from good to resonating... Is context. It's been a year. It still resonates.

Gods, the ending really hit hard in the feels. Not just seeingt Rebecca get shattered and left for dead, but watching David put in his all to save Lucy and go down like a champ. Telling Adam to F Off and being the eternal thorn in Adam and Arasaka's sides for all history. Really wanted to see Rebecca come out of it alive, she was my fav.

Bleeds harder with those precious moments, this anime engraved a permanent scar on my heart

Was playing cyberpunk the other day and I heard this playing on a radio and I just sat and listened. Edge runners was honestly one of the best shows I've ever seen.

This series, is a literal rollercoaster of emotions. I have never been hit by an anime this hard in a long time. Definitely one of the GOAT.

Since watching Edgerunners, this song has always tugged at my heart strings... Such an amazing song and show.
