Should GM Offer THIS Purple for the 2025 Corvette?

A deep rich purple yes. Otherwise. Nope.

Corvette colors should be exclusive to Corvette. 2024 Stingray Z51 2LT Ceramic Matrix Grey/ blacked out badges , red calipers.

That’s a completely unsuitable purple for a sports car… just like cacti green is a joke. Corvette should have proper exclusive colors

It is more lavender than it is purple.

Someone at gm is obsessed with gray. The greens look gray, the purples look gray, and we usually have 3 more grays. Lol. I like and want bright colors, rapid and amplify are a great start.

The Blazers have some great colors. Candy red, pearl white, but not this one for a Corvette. I think most people that want purple are thinking Lamborghini purple!

The corvette needs its own colors, some bold bright colors. Look at Lamborghini, Ferrari and McClaren.

absolutely not plumb crazy purple would be kewl. I honestly would just buy a black vet and wrap it that way you get the paint protection and the exact color you want.

Mike, thanks for the up close look at the new color. In my opinion, if you have to ask if it is purple, then it is not the right color of purple for a Corvette. I think it needs to be extremely obvious and not just in certain lighting. But that’s just me. Also, some colors look fine on some cars, but angles and styling can make the color look completely different on other cars. If Chevrolet wants to have some of these “standard” colors on several of their other cars, fine. But the Corvette is the flagship and should have its own colors. We have seen all of the usual colors. Why not use the ZR1 EX vehicles as test beds for some cool exotic colors and let us (the consumers) decide? It would be a great way to test them and determine what potential Corvette owners want since we are buying and driving them.

I have a 2023 silverado and the color is dark ash in some lighting it looks grayish and almost black but in my garage with the lights one you can see a purple tint pretty awesome

Would want to see it on the Corvette. Mixed feeling.
