Reed Timmer a storm chaser spotted the tornado on the ground and notified the weather service. They weren't aware of the tornado!!!! He saw and taped the tornado ripping houses apart. It wasn't until AFTER he reported it that they set the sirens.

I was watching Reed Timmer’s livestream of this tornado. It formed so quickly, the residents had little to no time to take shelter.

....why are they not SOUNDING the Sirens AHEAD OF TIME ??? THATS THE PURPOSE OF THE SIRENS. WOW. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. Excuses about the Sirens... REED TIMMER SAW THIS AHEAD OF TIME, AS DID MAX VELOCITY. WHY arent these Individuals responsible for the Surens WATCHING THESE CHANNELS, NOT JUST RELYING ON " The National Weather Service ", who DID NOT EVEN KNOW about this Tornado !

Just one of those small towns. Someplace people want to live. Quiet and uncomplicated. I feel bad for the people. Lately it jut seems that the world has gone nuts.
