There is drains. It was the hardest rain I've ever seen and it didn't stop for well over a hour.Alot of damage all around the track, including power out for miles around.

Overreacting at its best. Slow moving thunderstorms will do this. They have drains just like in cities too much rain short period of time equals flooding. Was at a dirt track and this happened had a foot of water in parking lot. Calm yourself little man mother nature can b a b<÷%#
