There's a blog called Ask Loona that... while it doesn't seem to be related to the Luna Games, captures the same vibe and honestly creeps me out a little more because of its photorealism. It's a blog revolving around an eyeless Princess Luna stuck on the moon that's been up for a couple years now and looks to be part of an interactive ARG. I think it might be worth a look into because I haven't seen much coverage of it! :}

Personally i think the time has come for Luna game to get a modern revival with more atmospheric and subtle scares as opposed to endless screamers. If Sonic.EXE can make a fan-made comeback and that comeback actually be kind of good, anyone can.
