Canonically it makes sense though why we the player or frisk depending on the au go genocidal it’s either curiosity or the ensuing insanity from being trapped in an endless time loop where you do a run just to do it over again. There’s no other option but to keep going. Forever playing the loop until you go mad and start trying to get out. No matter what it takes

My comment was automatically deleted because I linked to what I was talking about :/ Oh well, I'll just post it again without the link I really enjoyed this video! You dive into the lore very well with all of the characters, and they feel closer to canon than a lot of other reactions portray them. If you plan on a part three, I'd reccomend Best Friends Forever and AFTERLIFE with lyrics from Undertale Yellow by Drama Josh. It's really good, and it even touches on how Flowey trained Clover through RESETs to become stronger, as while most of Clover doesn't remember RESETs, unlike how they remembers LOADs, a small part of their subconcious does. I'd also recommend them reacting to the end of the Undertale Yellow Genocide route. You can find plenty of gameplay footage without commentary around.
