    Thank you for showing my outpost. I'm really glad you liked it, thanks for your feedback. We don't often see open bases because it simply limits the space to place turrets, I think. For the next one, I'll try to keep this open spirit but take advantage of the new update and the changes on the inclined planes. My hope is that one day we can place the turrets on the walls so we can use large walls. - The conveyors in front of the mechas are just cosmetic, I haven't checked if they have any influence. - For the pillars, it looks like mechas don't fit but it's okay, they come out fine. Due to the lack of space and the necessity of the pillars, I left them as they are. - Their forward ejection is cool, that's what I built the base around. - The generators are on the ground floor with the batteries + on the core. - The back part with the rooms is indeed a bit empty, I was thinking of adjusting the size or changing an entire floor to store more batteries and crates. - Yeah, quite a few windows for the light, there will be even more on the next one, in Satisfactory I put them everywhere. Space management could be more optimized. I'll make the next one more meticulously. The main problem is that I started building this model without resources and once it was functional, I took a break from the game and farming XD. I'm really looking forward to the update to see the possibilities and push the open concept to another level (keeping the idea but with more turrets and more nice things ).     I appreciate the showcase of my build SiN! To address the curiosity in the video. Surprisingly the base can make it to round 40 in the desert siege mode. All four of the cruiser cannons have clear LOS to the boss spawn positions, including the offset spawn in the desert. Testing and usage actually proved my ammo fabricators actually outpace the turret ammo usage and part way through the siege mode i actually need to shut them off so ammo doesn't pile up too high and cause lag issues. And the bottom mgs, i just didn't know what else to do with them from older builds and figured i'd slap them on for a little extra damage.

    Hey! Thanks for featuring my base. Still a work in progress but I got through Desert Infinite wave 16 with it, so I was pretty happy with it. This is all pre-patch though, so I probably will have a lot of re-configuring to do, though I do love my overhangs with under mounted MGs. So I'll probably keep a similar look and build vertically to account for more hellfires, 306, and that new missile thing. The thing I really like about my base is, even though its manual for a lot of the reloading, its actually very ammo efficient cause of my configurations on my turrets, so each autoloader might need 0-2 ammo packs on a run around the base depending on how pressured my base is.

    I do love this, but I've been struggling to find mid game farming base/how many of each materials we need to make these imported bases? I feel like anything I import i'm WAY off in terms of even the most basic tiles.

    Why do you say that damage amplifier increases ammo intake? I couldnt find any information if thats actually the case.

    How are you finding all these bases? Ive been grinding alot the last few days and quickly out growing my bases very quickly. Need bases for inspiration but most of them are using the glitch which i dont plan on doing atleast not extensively. Shame the the glitch is required for those really beautiful bases though, wish they would give us alittle more control. Im not a huge fan of blocky square bases. Thinking once i unlock ATC 10 im gonna try make some sort of tank build. Something sleek.
