OH, YRS, Ah Pa, your Assam Prawns with a lovely hint of tamarind and savory is a winning dish for the family table. I have also tried this same Assam paste on delicate scallops, pre-seared, and light tossed into the Assam heated liquefied paste, served with cilantro. You are so skilled in the Malaysian cuisine, and I continue to follow your interesting novel flavors!!😅
