This one's a wild ride, so buckle up. Jeffy and son react to the 2012 film Shame, starring Michael Fassbender as Brandon, a man struggling with crippling sex addiction.

In this film, the main character's addiction recovery attempts are chronicled as he has a variety of misadventures. With the arrival of his sister (Carey Mulligan), it is revealed that childhood trauma is the cause of all of this, and we see how various side characters navigate socializing in contrast, affected by their own negative social conditioning.

It seems like you admire Brandon, understand his problem for the most part, but still admire him? But he’s a tragic character. Brandon is focused af, but he’s also really good looking, which really assists in his addiction. He works by not being a jerk, being quiet and allowing women to put their own fantasies onto him.

6:00 that subway scene was pretty intense. I don't think they were saying anything to each other or thinking anything. They were simply Eye Fncking each other, having hardcore s x right there. Their sexuality was so strong, it's like their souls jumped out of their eyes and melded together in another dimension. Awesome acting by both actor/actress.

Man, I love this subway scene so much, it tells the whole story. As someone who was a sex addict and lived in NYC during that time, I know exactly what’s going on here. It brings back so many emotions and experiences with men I would met in public.

I recently had a "scary" experience regarding the "window to the soul" thing. I was out with a friend and we met a friend of my ex and talked a bit about my situation with her. She was asking if we're still in contact and I said that we weren't. My friend continued to talk while she looked me in the eyes. And that was the first time I had a full non verbal communication. She looked at me and her eyes asked "how are you feeling about that? You can tell me, it's alright" and there was this concern for me in her eyes. I felt so safe in that second and I just opened the gate to my soul and let her experience the full history of pain I experienced during the phase of the break up leading up to that point. I feel like I told her more than I consciously knew myself up to that point. I then realized what just happened and looked away instantly Edit: while it was scary and I felt like I gave away too much, it still felt really good tho. It was an awesome experience and since then I take eye contact was more seriously
