Okay, this movie is cute and all, but am I the only one who is super bothered by how easily she learned ballet in such a small time frame? I took six years of ballet lessons before starting on pointe and she just... learned her technique in pointe shoes? And she went from knowing literally nothing about ballet to being able to land a grande jete off a huge staircase in what, a couple weeks? I didn’t learn to do a grande jete on a flat surface until Level 5X. And she did this in denim?

I actually kinda feel bad for the girl she was competing with because she work for years and then she works for like a week. It takes time to get that good like YEARS!!
