My channel is a fun place for people to enjoy the world of beauty! If you leave mean negative comments or resort to name calling, I will delete your comment & block you. My channel is not the place. This world is so ugly & negative & we desperately need to make a change. I cant control the world, but I can control my channel. Constructive criticism is always welcome! "you're a lying bitch" is NOT constructive ! Don't feel like you need to kiss my ass. Feel free to speak your mind but please respect each other! XOXO

The grey apology hoodie she dug out of her dirty laundry was a nice touch.
  • @BrendaFunTimes
😂 the fact she ended with pushing product at the end is crazy! Good thing she’s not a sale person.
  • @nataliemanis203
The fact that she’s still here acting like she was the founder and CEO of Jaclyn Cosmetics, even after everyone already knows morphe owned the brand and she had zero equity in it and was only the face, should really tell you everything you need to know 🤷‍♀️
  • @DallasHilmes
An apology without change is just manipulation 😢💔
  • @Bamabannie
Just also want to add that the original Koze creator confirmed Jaclyn and her team Never reached out to her. Interesting.

⚠️ The only reason she is not closing Jaclyn cosmetic is because she is not the brand owner so she can’t make the decisions ⚠️ still lying after all these years
  • @MaryWild
Jaclyn Hill is the ultimate unskippable ad. Come on girl, get real.
  • @lyndsaymaria
Ugh, my heart hurts for the poor girl who had her brand stolen only to have it dropped within a year.
  • @vanessadabo1187
If these brands were profitable, she wouldn’t be closing them. The sales are not there & market is over saturated. Closing them is necessary. But she’s not going to say that 🙄🙄🙄
  • @peapodsaunt
“These brands are not bringing me anything” is code for “they’re not making me any money”
  • @lorifrederick2367
...you're crying..NOT for the women who's businesses you destroyed...you are crying only for YOU!
  • @meganshinn5
When someone shows you exactly who they are….BELIEVE THEM.
  • @emilyborras6709
a small Canadian creator got me. Her name is Kalyn Nicholson, the least you can do in an apology, even a soggy half-baked one like this, is to use her name.
  • @Smoochedfurniture
I think a public apology is necessary for the previous Koze brand owner. You crush her business and then months later, close up shop. That is a very very cold hearted.

This woman is incredible. She failed to do her due diligence in the social media side of it, yet this woman’s entire career was build off social media, she lives and breath social media, so you can NOT tell me she did not came across someone else’s brand with the exact same spelling. And then goes as far as diminishing someone else work by calling it “smaller Canadian creator”. What a slap in the face.

Essay incoming: People saying “don’t shut down your cosmetic line” she doesn’t have a say in the matter. She is not the actual owner. 😂 That’s why she “doesn’t know what will happen” to it. That’s probably the one honest thing she said the whole video. She’s only a contributor and she owns the trademark and licensed it to Forma. She does not care about anyone but herself - which is obvious by saying her biggest regret in life is giving up on herself and her little girl dream? How about betraying your followers and putting mold on their lips and lying about it? Or how about stealing a brand from another creator only to throw it away 9 months later? Betraying a friend that tried to help you for money? Think there’s a lot more than gaining 40 lbs to be sorry about here. Also Jaclyn, that is not what “Yes Men” are. They wouldn’t tell you to open up more brands, they would hype you up and tell you that was a good idea - they would say Yes to all of your bad ideas and not tell you the truth. It’s in the name?

Jaclyn, I can tell that you really want to be this person that you portray to be. I have been a LONG time follower, eating up anything that you have thrown my way. Anything you've said, any brand you pushed, any product you pushed I ATE IT TF UP. I did not read into the drama or drama channels, I felt like you were SO genuine. But, after years went by, I noticed a change, WHICH IS NORMAL, people change. But, it wasnt for the better. I had really hoped that when you found love and a new form of happiness that things would change and you would go back to being the genuine Jaclyn that we all knew was still buried in there. Then, you stole someone else's brand. Not only stole it, but dropped a reel with a TradeMark trying to discredit her! Someone that I admire and have been following for just about how long I have been following you. She is not a small youtuber, she has been doing this FOR YEARS. Her name is Kalyn, say her name. You could have made it right. Your team reached out once and no response.... ok how about YOU should have reached out to make things right. Woman to woman. You ripped her brand out right from under her, intimidated her on social media, and now you are just throwing it away while she had to rebrand while being a new mom. Also, you failed to mention all of the times that Kalyn reached out PRIOR to your launch expressing her concerns and feelings, NO ONE RESPONDED. Take RESPONSIBILITY for that girl. Until then, you've lost another subscriber. And when I say it hurts to do this, IT HURTS because I genuinely loved you.

I’m sorry but I feel really bad for Kalyn right now. She lost everything she worked so hard for, and was put through hell (lets not forget about the trademark joke) just to have you turn around and shut down your business. 🙄 I do think you’re making the right decision, and I really do commend you for being honest because it’s not easy. I just feel bad for Kalyn too right now.
  • @irr1sss
Jaclyn: I have been a neglectful ceo and business owner Jaclyn too: we have one last launch where I poured my heart soul into!!
  • @shellbell8062
Anyone had the feeling that they've been on this merry-go-round one too many times?
