In this NBA 2K24 how to play with created player video I show you how to do this. It takes a few steps to do, but once done you can play for any team you like in the quick play mode.

My friend and I couldn't for the life of us figure out why our created players weren't showing up when we'd load the roster, but this fixed our issue and we can now play with our created dudes on the teams we wanted em on. Thanks!
