Is there a better way to celebrate the release of the 「Godzilla vs. Kong」 trailer than with a Kaiju Profile on Kamoebas and Ganimes?! Answer: well, maybe. I suppose.
  • @venomouslizards
Poor Kamoebas, you got your first movie role in over 30 years, only to wash up dead on the beach, killed off screen.
  • @AsherX9
I really wish they’d bring a lot of these obscure kaiju back for modern day

Me and the bois about to turn into giant kaijus: 🐢🐙🦀
  • @CougarMacDowall
Glad to see my crappy boy hasn’t fallen into the depths of obscurity!
  • Imagine the reactions of people if gamera ended up as the corpse. 38 years of people waiting for a crossover just to have one of them dead on a beach.
  • Good lord imagine if GAMERA finally apeared in a Godzilla movie and he was already dead
  • @michaelcallari
Oh, to be a fly on the wall during the Kaiju Corpse Negotiations of Tokyo S.O.S.
  • yes finally a profile about the other 2 also wow koopas voice got deeper
  • My guess on how both can be included in the MonsterVerse: Ganimes: A gigantic crab kaiju native to a remote Pacific island that can attack with its pincers and spraying acidic foam. Its design should also take cues from robber crabs and spider crabs as well as giant isopods. Kamoebas: A gigantic turtle also native to the same island that can attack by extending its neck to bite down on opponents. Both Ganimes and Kamoebas prey on each other, with Ganimes feeding on Kamoebas hatchlings while Kamoebas will devour Ganimes by repeatedly snapping to kill the giant crab. Its design should take cues from actual matamata turtles as well as Galapagos giant tortoises and snapping turtles. Both Ganimes and Kamoebas in turn are prey to Gezora, so their relationship in Space Amoeba is changed into a predatory one (Gezora's beak is made to crunch through both kaiju's shells). And unlike in Space Amoeba, they are not mutated, but are natural creatures from ancient times.

  • Man Koopa’s voice is so soothing. I watched a lot of these videos again and again because they help me sleep (white noise deal) and I remember Koopa’s voice vividly. This is actually kinda dope
  • Gamera jr and Ebirah jr haha, these guys were cool. Hopefully they make a comeback someday.
