$63,900 before markups. Quick math: $6,400 down (10%) + tax and interest (7.64) 60 Months Payment: $1260 @12.5% of take home pay you should be earning $157,500 annually to be looking at this car (assuming the appropriate taxes are coming out of your paycheck). National average wage (US Census): $63795. Percentage making $150k annually: approx. 8.3% 5 Year price increase Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro: 2019 MSRP: $42,960 2024 MSRP: $63,900 49% increase Wage growth 2019-2024: 1.7% (Source: US Treasury) These price increases far outpace inflation and wage growth. Toyota is targeting 8% of total market. Or people who just want to act fiscally irresponsible😂.

    $65K!!! One word… nope.
  • After taxes, you’re looking at 67-70k. Insane for a midsize truck.

I can't wait for the Sienna Trailhunter review 🤣

    "smaller kids or legless friends"🤣🤣
  • $40k was my max for what I paid for a new truck. I wanted a midsize but settled on a Ram 1500. There has to be a huge market correction. A new truck is only new for a very short period of time, after that you’re stuck with a huge bill for 84 months.

I did the math, and the Trail Hunter, priced at $63,000 USD, is equivalent to $86,000 CAD. In Ontario, there's a 13% tax, so the total cost for the Trail Hunter is $97,000 CAD.

I'll keep my 2021 Tacoma Off Road thanks.

Everything that made me love cars has disappeared in recent years. I’ll but a couple of old cars and keep them forever. It is out of control.

Nissan Frontier looking real good these days. This price is wild. If purely offroading, maybe this makes sense. But it cant even fit 4 decent size humans comfortably.

Loved the video and enjoy the informal and impromptu vids. Keep em coming, great work

63K for a midsize WOW - I would never be a customer at that money!
  • @jhb3711
Love the video guys! Lots of good information as always 👍
  • Who cares at this price point? Im sorry, but cars and trucks are way overpriced. Its time for a market correction. And the people who claim that, it doesn't matter if you have money, are either lying trolls or part of the problem by paying mortgage ($900+) payments for a depreciating hunk of pre rusted tin and turbos.
  • Excellent video guys, i enjoy this format more than others and no music 😁
  • @zmotorpro
I like the impromptu reviews. Thanks for the review and thanks for the payload numbers!
