I really love Lady Gaga's live performances because they are SO different to the actual record. She loves to play with her songs and see how much she can do to them which is great for the listener to hear her songs in a different version by the same artist.

A lot of my friends have been gagging over her Oscars performance, being like "OMG I didn't know she could sing." I've just been like "girl, please, catch up" and sent them this link.

I hate that I was too young to really appreciate or understand her when she blew up. I wish I’d been able to witness it all, I remember seeing everything about her everywhere but being 5 years old when she was just getting famous, you can probably guess that my parents didn’t think I was ready. I first heard Just Dance and used to dance to it for hours, without really even knowing anything about her. Three years ago I got my first phone and started listening to her on and off(before I really developed my own music taste) but then kind of forgot her. Then, a couple weeks ago, I got a recommendation of a fan made documentary on YouTube and I’m only now REALLY getting into her. She’s so incredible. I’m obsessed.
