Careful...if there's a storm, your flight will not be delayed for a few hours. Instead, they will cancel the flight totally and it's up to you to find another way to get back to Manila. We were a family of 11, with 4 apos. We were told to stay overnight somewhere and be on standby in the morning...11 people?....good luck. Naturally we couldn't find a hotel. We had to hire a big van to shuttle us to Puerto Princesa for 6 hours drive in the middle of the night. Eventually we flew back on Phil Airlines. Also, a group of Europeans missed their international flight back to Germany from Cebu. Airswift did not offer any help nor solution. They didn't care. They don't care because they don't have any competition!

11 years ago, I went to El Nido. I took a direct flight from Manila, and back to Manila as well. The two-way trip cost me 15k pesos and that was a long time ago. I wonder how much it costs now.
