  • Ask the people of Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Rumania, and Poland why supporting Ukraine is so important.

When they're talking about the recruitment shortfalls there's a lot of veterans, like myself, who got out in the past 20 years and when you're asked about your service you give an honest answer. No one wants to join when they fail to take care of you, treat you with dignity and they need to look in the mirror and make cultural changes from the top down. They have no one to blame but themselves.
  • General Milley, thank you for your bravery and protecting our peace and humanity
  • I looove being An American 😊! Today i was working at my familys restaurant .And I was thinking iam proud of serving the finest people. Everybody loves our Mexican food and everyone treats my family so well.I love my country ❤not only do we have the most beautiful woman in the world we have the best well mannered respectful people i have had the pleasure of serving and growing up with.God bless America 🇺🇸 ❤❤❤❤

I love how at the end, when asked if he had any personal responsibility for the army's recruitment shortfall, he did not shy away from taking responsibility. That is a responsible leader. He's not just in it for personal glory.
  • @bjorn2625
“Do you bear some of the responsibility of that?” “Absolutely!” That is how leaders speak. You own the decision, you own the accountability.
  • @Richard-du7yj
I honestly believe he didn't care about anything but himself.
  • I AM A U.S.M.C. VETERAN , IN MY OPINIÓN THEY SHOULD PASS IN TO LAW AND MAKE EVERY U.S. MALE THAT TURS 18 YEARS OLD TO JOIN THE MILITARY, FOR AT LEAST ONE TERM.
  • @newtboys
"That's right, he said that". Perfect response. Infinite disdain.
  • @dave5185
What a class act and a real man, he can freely admit his mistakes and apologize. I can't think of a single instance in which Trump apologized for anything.

If ANYBODY is guilty of "DERILICTION OF DUTY", it is THIS TRAITOR !!! 😡😡😡

Thanks, General Milley for your service, your fellow veterans support you! I am a moderate and I have voted for republicans most of my adult life. JOHN MCCAIN from the great state of Arizona was a WAR HERO because he refused to leave his fellow POWs behind!!! I am not a sucker and loser, and I will not let anyone dishonor the service of those who did not survive military service! I believe General Kelly! I am a proud retired Army veteran! The former president is guilty of "conduct unbecoming" and he "failed to fulfill his oath and obligations under the constitution". He is lucky the UCMJ does not apply to him. I will support VICE PRESIDENT HARRIS and encourage my fellow veterans to get involved! I hope my fellow veterans remember the oath we swore too, it stays with us our entire lives...it is who we are, there is no expiration on our oath...it is one of the reasons we call each other "brothers and sisters" along with our shared experiences. I hope you all realize there is one true choice in 2024, support the Vice President. If Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) or Liz Cheney (R-WY) decides to run, then I might rethink my voting choice.

As a veteran I would have like to see the General reflect more on the recent recruiting failures and lack of faith in our military. Quite obviously this was caused by the Iraq and Afghanistan wars being completely futile exercises in hubris and incompetence on the part of politicians and senior leadership and our country still hasn’t had a full reckoning of our failures in those wars.
  • @emmgeevideo
This is the kind of American I respect. Matt Gaetz can't hold a candle to this professional and patriot.
  • @lilsatanex
Why are we giving Billions of dollars to a foreign country
  • @rjpinder
I still remember during the Obama years when the USMC was kicking people out over any petty thing they can find to meet their sequestration numbers. Their recruiting problem is their own fault and they can eat it.
  • @PatsySelf-cj6fj
The only good thing Trump did was to pick General Milley for the Job. Thank God for General Milley's level head and Integrity during the last days of Trump's Presidency.
  • @PinkNinjaKick
If I was going to join the military, I’d probably join as a nurse (when I get my RN). What would hold me back from joining is we’re not in any large scale wars right now, so it doesn’t feel apparent to me that I need to join, especially when i have more control over pay, location, and hours at home. I believe when the time requires it, the military will have no issue recruiting.
  • I salute you Gen. Miley, you are truly a man in uniform dedicated to your country🙏👏
