    Nicely explained I am doing surya Namaskar for years I learnt when I was 16 I am doing only 12 or 24 or 36 in slow pace with proper breathing depends on available time. I have done 108 like you did few days I never get overweighted in life yet and no belly fat at all I am 45+ and I have 4 pack abs 😊 for so many years Toned muscles due to surya Namaskars ll remains forever.

  • I have seen so many surya namaskar videos in the past few days but honestly nothing was as good as this one. Hats off to u lady for explaining it so well and taking into account all the imp minute details and answering all the necessary required questions. Iam so blessed to catch your video, as infact i was going to skip and move ahead. Although late in life i want to start doing surya namaskars, hope am able to do them. Thank you once again girl.     Thanks for the explanation. A few years ago my yoga teacher asked me to try to do 108 Surya Namaskar but build up slowly but only after doing a few times, I stopped. Now after watching your 108 for 30 days, I'm motivated again.
  • After a break because of some travel and then some longish, painful, bloody periods, I restarted doing yoga today. Your video came at the right time. It was an excellent revision of surya namaskar and a good motivator!

    Hi, the legs should be placed in V position and that to facing east. From next time please do follow below: When you start doing inital say mantra below Dyeyashada savithru mandala madhya varthe, Narayana sarasijasanaa sannivistaha, Keyuravan makara kundalavan kiriti, Aryi hiranmaaya vaputrutha sanka chakraha, Om mithraya namaha; When you are about to vomplete the surya namaskara during that time say below mantra: Adityasya namaskaran, He kurvanthu dinedine,, Ayu pragna balam veeryam tejastesam cha jayathe, Arama vibhasa Now you have to remove your legs from v shape to parallel legs, This is the actual and correct procedure to do,

  • I started practicing Surya Namaskar daily about a week ago now, after seeing your video. I am going slow and trying to do it correctly. I am up to 10 at a time and already when I move from 5 to 6 I can control my body and speed instead of my arms failing me and just letting my body drop to the floor. My point is I am already feeling stronger. Thank you for this video!!!
