2 Cups Warm Water
1 Cup flour
1/3 Cup Maple syrup (or other sweetener)
1 1/2 Tbsp. Yeast
1 Tbsp. said
1 Egg
~5-6 Cups Flour

1. Add the water, 1 cup flour, maple syrup, yeast and mix well. Let rise 5 Minutes.
2. Sprinkle on salt and add egg. mix with the yeast batter.
3. Add about 3 cups to start, mix until sticky and then add more flour. Keep adding flour until the dough is no linger sticky and comes away from the bowl easily.
4. let rest 5 min. This will save you kneading time because it lets the gluten strengthen first.
4. Knead the dough until it is bouncy and passes the window pane test.
5. Give a small coating of oil and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
6. Punch down then cut in half and form into desired shapes.
7. Place in your pan and let rise for 45 mins or until desired height.
8. Bake at 475 for 10-15 mins.
