This was originally booked for class 43 Power cars but due to none being available 37116 & 37607 was drafted in to work instead.
I’d decided I’d do abit of a chase on this one, as it was heading to shrewsbury i thought I’d try hencote bank again, here the 37’s would be working hard as last time I came here it was for a steam loco which was also working hard.
On the return I’d jump off and get it on the shrewsbury - wolverhampton line for abit of a glint, lovely tones off the driver.
For the grand finale it was a no brainer I’d do old hill bank as both locos are always coughing climbing up to the tunnel.
For a disclaimer I’d like to say I had a friend help me out on a few occasions to try and maximise the coverage for this working.
