  • Hey Guys, Just a quick FYI. So I'm getting asked a lot " why didn't you sort out all the rust on the underside, suspension components, radiator brackets etc etc " well this is only the first stage of restoration , in this episode the car is "restored" to a roadworthy condition so that I can enjoy it guilt free through the spring summer and autumn months but come winter it will be getting "restored" to showroom condition. I hope this answers most of your questions and puts your fears at rest. Oh and as for the barrage of " why did you cover up the fog lights" Its a Subaru rally heritage thing that started with the original Impreza back in 1993 on the world rally stages.

This is something I wish I had the money for. A garage and a project car to rebuild. The feeling to finally drive the car you worked so hard to restore must be incredible.

RRC probably: What a stressful day of restoration... I can't wait to go home and unwind by playing some My Summer Car

I absolutely love seeing old cars being brought back to life and rescued. Any guy can appreciate the process of taking something completely gone and bringing it back to life. Great video!!

As a car and restoration enthusiast, last night I found this wonderful work among the videos recommended by YouTube, which I enjoyed from the first to the last minute. Great channel, I subscribed

everything from camera angles, editing to pace of car upgrade is so perfect! showing the car being built w/o spending too long or not showing enough of it is hard! and you are nailing it! aswell as shooting other videos for more detailed parts of the build, im in love!

🔧🚗 Oh, the dream of having a garage and a project car to restore is definitely something many of us can relate to! It's incredible to witness the transformation of an abandoned Subaru WRX into a stunning machine through the restoration process. The dedication, skills, and love poured into these projects are truly inspiring. I can only imagine the sense of accomplishment and joy that comes with finally driving the car you've worked so hard to rebuild. It's a testament to the beauty of automotive craftsmanship and the satisfaction of bringing something back to life. Keep up the amazing work! 💪🔥
  • As someone living in Colorado, USA, I see these all the time, but I forget just how awesome they really are. This video made me fall in love with them all over again.
  • @Outlier117
Man I’m so happy to see another Subaru on the channel getting revived from the dead and even bonus points it’s a blob! Love it!
  • @barryamos4920
One of the best videos I have watched,no annoying music, camera angles or someone screaming like they’ve had to many sweets. I think you have got the formula just about right thank you for the time and effort you must put in and the car is pretty good too
  • Great job. It looks obsoletely fantastic. Another superb quality production. I love the fact that there is no messing about or ridiculousness that you often find in other videos. Brilliant!!!!
  • I was wondering for weeks what all the Subaru parts were getting restored for, then a 45 minute episode of it all coming together absolutely first class once again mate 👍👍👍👍
  • @volvo7576
I am here for every minute of this restoration. Your motorcycle project was mind blowing and I couldn't be more excited to see what you do with this Subaru.

I watch a lot of car restoration videos but I have to say this is the best one by a mile. I watched every minute of it with pure enjoyment. What a transformation and so expertly done👌👌👌 excellent work! .....I kept expecting Mike Brewer to pop in checking progress, but even he would agree it's a top quality job and like you say more to come on the build.
  • Love love love these longer resto vids , you sir are an absolute craftsman , favourite channel on YouTube by far
  • Awesome! It’s nice when a plan comes together. All those random Subaru parts you restored just happened to find the perfect home. Looks amazing
