My goals are to be able to do the 3 beginner tricks.
1. Manual
2. Bunny Hop

Had a long weekend of ultimate, had the monday off so wanted to just cycle a little for a short while. Tried bunny hopping but body was telling me not to 😂 Ended up juz cycling around trying to do some manuals. I'm finding it hard to find my balance, anyone got tips?
