I hope you realize that what you've done so far is absolutely amazing. You literally have your own house, and being the same age as you, i think its safe to say you are an inspiration.

The relationships you have built with your new contractor and his crew, have been so fun to watch. I think it was meant to be that your other contractor failed you, and you found them. These guys are awesome!

Morgan and Lucas is the love story none of us expected but we all deserve.

I think Morgan is one of the most genuine people on YouTube. She's so open with her feelings and struggles. I also love seeing her grow up and grow in confidence and life experience.

My mom bought a fixer upper in December and we’re moving in at the end of the month. Almost 6 months of work and she didn’t have to completely gut and rebuild. The only rooms that had a ton of work done were the kitchen and master bath. She’s worked in construction since I was born in 2000, and has some of the best contractors around. It still took 6 months and some change! You’re doing so great, Morgan. I know you hear it a lot, but we’re so proud of you for powering through this. Those contractors love you, and the memories you all made together while going through all this are unmeasurable! I truly wish you all and every bit of the best in YOUR HOME!! Congratulations!
