8:21 Todd's arm is extended as much as physics will allow. Dave would basically have to break Todd's wrist or elbow to be able to pin him. That's god damn ridiculous; should not be allowed. Watch Dave and Devon's match and see the difference. Devon is straining to keep Dave from pinning him, where as Todd isn't even trying because his arm physically cannot be pinned without being broken

Man congrats to Todd I actually really like the guy but I can't wait for someone to have an answer to this King's Move, it just seems so cheap. He's under the table, arm fully extended so it can't physically be bent any lower due to the angle from shoulder to elbow. It's not fun to watch at all.
