You either need to add some weight to the rear axles or a rear wing, because the overall lack of weight is hurting you right now. If the front becomes unstable as a result of those mods, add a splitter in the front, or a nose cone to reduce drag around the engine and a counterweight in the back. Grippy tires alone will only get you so far.
