As to the name of your pour: I like it! My last boss lost interest with my art when I said it was poured. My response to that was that we use air flow and gravity to manipulate the paint (as opposed to the brush strokes). To each his own, though I don't like being dismissed by someone who doesn't have all the details. I wouldn't mind seeing a lever on this like on a pancake funnel, but even using tape the alpha results are great. Looking forward to the beta test on the next prototype, and to see how different consistencies work. I wish your wife safe travels. It most certainly is a good idea to expand on your experience of pour painting, this one being a gravity pull with symmetry pour painting!! There’s a name for this kind of pour painting! I love how it came out, made me think of a Pink Gloyd video I once saw that had the image of what the center of this painting has, very cool!!!

Super cool...it would be interesting to do a fire pour....so keep the black quarters the same, but then use yellows and oranges maybe a hint of red in the others.
