Yuto Horigome began skating at Tokyo's Amazing Square Murasaki Skatepark when he was seven years old. He learned to skate from his father, who is a former street skateboarder. Japanβs Yuto Horigome has won the inaugural menβs street skateboarding event at the Olympic Games in Tokyo.
The Tokyo 2020 Olympic Summer Games took place in Japan, from July 23, 2021 to August 8, 2021.

Skateboarding, the only Olympic sport you can wear whatever you want: wear earphones during competition, looks hype, wear a helmet or not, and everyone just chill at each other.
