Pulling tour support on a band mid tour, when they're on a different continent is a lowdown shifty move. Record companies shouldn't be able to do that shit Dropping a band is one thing, it's crappy, but it's business I suppose. But leaving a bunch of guys stranded thousands of miles from home is just evil. These days, bands at that level really don't need record companies. There's nothing they can do for them that they can't do themselves with a laptop, a couple of decent mics and a bit of knowledge around how to promote themselves effectively online. Fuck record companies.
