I know what church hurt feels like. I been through it. And if you never been through it, U wouldn't have no ideal what it's like. Cause it's a lot more than just feeling church hurt.

The analogy of the Hospital can be misleading because you go into the hospital and allow the Doctors and staff to work on me when they are sick. The leadership must walk in holiness or don't lead. The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 11:1 says follow me as I follow Christ. So learn about Christ and if they are not following Christ RUN!!!!!

Agree but when I go to the hospital I don't expect the door or the physician assistant to be sick

Forsaking of the assembly does not necessarily mean in a specific building. People I. The Bible and around the world have met and meet by a river, at the beach, in caves, in homes, schools, hotels (mtg rooms), dorms.

@9:17 Why can't a single man look for his wife in the church. It doesn't matter if he is pastor, Apostle, bishop, prophet, evangelist, etc. "It is better to marry than to burn" You want a man who ain't looking at you like that then marry Jesus and join a convent or monastery in the woods or mountains somewhere. That really stood out to me. A single Believer who has been abstaining for 20+ years through the power of the Holy Spirit. I'm done.

AA we admit what we were and what we are, but in church rarely do church people ADMIT and be humbled by their admittance who they REALLY are. They lie on God about being delivered when they haven't done any steps towards their recovery or deliverance

Some church folks may be stronger than others, so it good to be careful what U say to people.

First of all I certainly enjoyed your resolve. But it is has been my experience that church is a hospital of a mix multitudes of traumas, and everyone is in recovery. However it is my truth that the church is not a social hall it is a place of worship, and we should come for that purpose. I think it's finding the place where your spirit connects with the pastor and the body. PL Dickens

Romans 10:8, confession is important, so once one get saved, are they still confessing worldly things or they renewing their minds daily by God's word.

Religious people are basing their perception of God on the words of other people who’ve never met or seen God themselves! Nobody knows what God wants or don’t want! Nobody knows what God likes and dislikes! The spirit is all that we have!

"Misconception of what church is supposed to be" is just more blaming the victim. Church isn't supposed to rob and kill believers. Pastors and other leaders still getting fat while the sheep are diseased malnourished and dying. Church should NOT be like AA. You ARE NOT still a sinner. You are a new creature in Christ. That's a main part of the problem right there! Not saying exactly what the word says all of it.
