This week I watched three psychologist compare the mental accuity to Joe Biden and Donald Trump. >Basically they said Biden is just experiencing what happens at age 81. Slow in a speech and finding his words, etc. But eventually he brings it back home, finishes his sentence and made solid points. >Whereas with Donald, it's all over the place WITH strange and bizarre wording, crazy untruths, railing accusations - all over. Basically they all agreed. He sounds DERANGED.
