Superb video of questions I get asked on my Conservatives Moving to the Carolinas FB page quite often (I live in the Charlotte area). I will be posting this on my page for sure. Always enjoy your videos. Your videos are the go-to's when I post about the Myrtle Beach area and when I get questions about the area. A huge point you brought up was people's concerns about income differences from where they came. As a Statistical Analysts, I tell them they need to focus on Buying Power (income vs. overall cost of living). This is where the Myrtle Beach/Conway area shines. Even though its economy is tourist heavy (which usually means poor Buying Power due to salaries being so low in tourist areas), the Buying Power in the MB area is right at the national average and much better than nearly every other coastal area in the nation. It's about 25% better than the Wilmington and Charleston Metro Areas. So given the its recreational assets, climate, home prices, overall cost of living, Myrtle Beach/Conway/Horry County area has (IMO) the best value of any coastal area in the nation. Again, we all really enjoy your videos, brother.

Hi Jeremy! My husband and I have found your videos so informative and helpful in the last few weeks as we have been researching our move to the area in a few years once I retire. He has a few questions: what kind of down payment assistance is available (if any), or tax breaks, for fully disabled SSDI buyers over age 60? Thanks in advance!
