Hi and welcome back for another art vlog! Today in this vlog I'll be showing you how I prepared for my first art painting workshop, the workshop itself and also some food adventures in the end!

This experience helped me grow artistically more and I am so thankful for that! Beeldend Gesproken is an Art Gallery and Collection located in Amsterdam with a wide variety of unique artists all dealing with mental health through art. This video would not have been possible without them giving me this amazing art opportunity. My thanks goes out to them

This was also extremely hard for me to do due to my neurodivergency burnout and chronic illness but I'm so happy to have done it and to learn from it so that next time I can be even better! Experiences are so important for everyone to have and this was such an amazing experience for me.
