The dictatorial government cut off all internet communication within the country for the past five days. Over the last week the autocratic regime and police have already killed nearly 300 protesters and injured over 20,000 others who were demanding quota reform in government jobs. Most of the injuries were caused by gunfire and rubber bullets, and many were severely injured by attacks from government party members. The number of arrests in days of violence in #Bangladesh passed the 2,500 mark in an @AFP tally on Tuesday.
