    You can also dry and grind them to make zucchini flour that keeps much like wheat flour and can be used to supplement flour in many recipes. Or just use them for zucchini bread by grating it into the mix.

    I have mad STUFFED ZUCCHINI for yrs. Never had vegetarian style before watching your video. Now, it's the ONLY way, I bake it. I use the Brown Rice, I chop up canned ORGANIC Portabella Mushrooms, & jarred spaghetti sauce. Out of this world DELICIOUS. In place of the water I Use Beef broth. Hope you'll give my way a try.

    Wow that's a huge zucchini. I tried to grow it last year, but here in Ontario we got hit with some little bug that kept eating the leaves before the zucchini even got a chance to grow :( Can't remember the name of the bug, but apparently they were really bad in some areas, sucks as it was my first time to start a garden. These stuffed zucchini boats look amazing! What a fun idea for dinner. I've never eaten the flowers, but I have heard it's doable.

    Thx for the video. I went to the link but can’t find the recipe for this dish you did on the video. I saw rice and lentils and salsa? What else is there? I think it’s at 375° for 45 minutes

    My Zucchini was too hard and when I did finally get through, it must have been super cold, frozen? So I surrendered it to compost. 😔 I really was hoping to make some zucchini bread! Shucks!

    I'm giving rattatouille a try this time.... I made a stuffed zucchini with one of these big boys and it ended up a really tough zucchini with great stuffing. My family ate the stuffing. It was still a tough bad zucchini. I'm a very experienced cook this was a fail... not your recipe but I'm just saying this was a waste of time and effort. You made a great video though and you're very pleasant to listen to... just giving a warning to everyone about tough zucchinis.

    Overgrown zucchini / courgette will NEVER EVER become marrow. Two totally different things 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Overgrown zucchini is just BIG zucchini.
