The Bates are actually taking care of their own children unlike the Duggars who leave all the parenting responsibilities to the oldest girls!!

Watching this episode after all these years you recognize the other people in the crowds and it’s amazing. It was wonderful watching this episode again.

The parents seem to parent more than the duggards who's older girls look after the kids.

Her husband is the sweetest man! Always talking so nice of his wife as if they just met yesterday! Where do you find a guy like that??? I think she took the last one! lol

Oh my goodness they’re as organised as an army platoon and the boys are actually doing chores inside the home, and the children are ridiculously good looking.

Home school conference. It is the IBLP Conference. They are sugar coating it. It's funny that the Duggars called it the same thing. That must have been TLC's request.
