I'm perfectly happy in my 21 fully loaded 5.7 daytona. I pay $400/m with 5% rate CU. With stellar credit I could have gotten anything I wanted. There's NO WAY I'd pay more than $500/m for ANY car. I always prepare for a downturn in the economy on ANYTHING I'm purchasing to make sure I'm right side up and comfortable with the payments either way. People dumb trying to keep up with the joneses

I bought my 2016 scat challenger white w red interior manual in 2021 w 27k miles for 36k. She got 36k now on the odometer and I put alot of quality work into her. I pay $575 a month and til August of 25 and I’m done. I’m good on an upgrade. I’m not paying 1k for 72 months for a hellcat hell no!

392’s in general are a rip off when bought new. I paid 33k otd for my old one in late 2019. Was a B5 blue 2018 so it had CarPlay, cooled seats, beats audio, sunroof, and lightweight wheels with 22k miles and 1 owner/clean history. That is when they’re worth it. Paid $325 a month on it. A widebody with the good options is worth 45-48k max. But they also don’t have full leather option or the nicer srt steering wheel. Seeing them listed for 70k is absolutely ridiculous. Also given the rate of MDS reliability and the fact they lose to their competitors. Not worth buying unless you get the absolute right deal with a good warranty.

I bought my 19 challenger hellcat redeye in July 21 2021 for 68k out the door.....at 6% but put 40k down so payments were reasonable.....vehicle was 1 owner and a doctor ..all original and he traded in for a hellcat durango because wife was pregnant with twins...vehicle still had stickers on it...dealers til this day want me to trade in but I've seen all of the problems with 22,23 models and mine is paid off....plus I'm modified for 1000hp.

I had a dealership owner tell me that the worst thing people did was to continue buying vehicles at those super inflated prices during Covid because now the dealers are just trying to see how high can they go.

When I got mine for 50k out the door it didnt feel "good". So many better and faster options for the money. Live and learn.

I traded my NB 22 scat for a WB 23 scat swinger. To be honest I liked the NB just as much. So yes I do regret spending the extra money.
