I vote YES to the one black window box under your kitchen window!!!!!! It NEEDS it. You NEED it. Ok, WE need it :)๐Ÿ˜Š

I love how confident you two are now! When I started watching Aaron was mostly silent, no fart discussions ๐Ÿ˜‚, no grabbing benches and moving about. It feels like we're all best friends now. I have learned so much from your show. My son and I have spent so much time this spring putting in trees and shrubs at our newly built house because we watch you together. He is autistic and just loves watching "flowers" as he calls your show. We moved in to a blank space this Feb and we both have so many ideas to thank you for. It's fun to have inspiration for our shared hobby.
  • I totally see Aaron's vision of shifting the hedge line! Its giving me memories of the round hedge in the back garden Laura was so resistant to pull.๐Ÿ˜
  • Sorry Laura, Iโ€™m on team Aaron for the boxwood idea near the Hartley. I think that matching the other side and widening the path makes lots of sense. Itโ€™s just amazing how much progress has happened over such a short time. Love it!
  • @crisa0390
100% agree with Aaron on putting the benches on the brick! They almost look theyโ€™re blocking any sort of walkway.
  • I love how casual this garden tour was! Itโ€™s nice to be included on the conversation of deciding what to do with different areas and to hear out Aaronโ€™s ideas! Definitely love the idea of several benches tucked in the openings in the west side garden!
  • @Kings.2828
I love the big low basin fountain idea. In the brick patio area. That sounds perfect.

A black bench under the window so you can set to take your shoes off or put them on. With a basket of flowers and a pretty throw or small quilt. Everything ๐Ÿ˜Šis beautiful.
  • @Sunshinelady
Laura: โ€œWhat is that smell?โ€ Aaron: โ€œSmells like a fart.โ€ They both laugh and think itโ€™s the other one!! Too funny and so true in couples to do!!๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜†

I love, love, love the garden tours! Please don't apologize for the length of the video, I could watch it all day. You all do amazing things. Thank you for sharing.
  • @thewebbcrew
Love Aaronโ€™s idea regarding the boxwoods. The walking path needs to be wider. You can have Aaron sit next to you on the bench โค
  • Usually team Lauraโ€ฆbut Aaronโ€™s idea is spot on! Benches should not just be beautiful, but have function as well. They look like they are an afterthought in the soil like that .
  • Neverโ€ฆapologize for the length of your video. We all love it!๐Ÿ˜Š
  • Wow! Such progress!! I agree with Aaron about the boxwood hedges near the Hartley. Will be a great change and solution to that area. ๐Ÿ’•
  • @kaval1er
I like Aaron's boxwood hedge idea so much.

I know you probably feel that garden tours like this is too long and too "rambly" and stuff one can feel about putting up long videos like this, but I have to say; WE LOVE IT. It's like getting to know you, seeing you be passionate and getting to know your vision and thought process, and it is awesome!! ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿฅฐ๐ŸŒฑ

I like Aaron's idea of the benchs on the brick with a back drop of boxwoods behind them
  • Laura, I don't know if you'll ever see this, but your audience fan club will relate. I've been with you guys since the very beginning. Your tours are like spending time with best friends, just so much fun! From you and your mom trying things on at the antique stores, bumping your head on branches and birdfeeders, looking at us so offended by them, How dare they! Stepping and tripping over cats, to you and Aaron's discussions over boxwoods and benches, to farts in the wind. You have brought me, so many times to the deepest, fall off my chair laughter and eyes full of tears. I Love you all so very much! Humbling and Hilarious! And we've all learned SO much as well. Blessings to all of you for so much pleasure you bring others. (PS...I like the rocker benches where they are facing each other. Moving the boxwood closer to the tree might put them in too many roots and compacted soil thus needing more water, etc.)

I usually tend to agree with Laura's ideas, but I really like Aaron's bench idea. Keep working it out. The end result will be great!
