Hello hello hello! I’ve been having some decent runs with this format so far, just from getting good value from the commons and uncommons. It feels like a set that isn’t overly dominated by the mythics and rares. There’s a good overall power level so far. Albeit there are obviously some great bombs like Terror too. Looking forward to seeing how you do in this one.

I think the Deadeye Duelists are reasonably good. Cheap repeatable ways to commit crimes - I had a game yesterday where an opponent used two removal spells in them because the deck was getting too much action with the gorgon that gives menace to other creatures. So much synergy with that, so cheap sources of interaction are significantly better value. It also enabled the tutor creature in a different game (Servant of the Stinger into Rakdos Joins Up).

Hey Nicolai! If you’re open to the tiniest bit of constructive criticism, it would be to actively talk through your play more! You promise at the start of the video to do so about your picks and plays. And I think you deliver during the draft! So much info, it’s so helpful and informative. But when you get to the games, you go quiet as you do things. Now your brain is definitely planning and thinking, so just say all those thoughts out loud! Treat it like you are recording a podcast instead of video. No visuals to help out. Almost like you are an announcer/commentator. Even saying out loud what your opponent is doing as they do it. Check out a guy like Nizzahon to see some more talkative play people for examples.

Surprised you passed on the Deadeye Duelist in rakdos. It guarantees committing a crime every turn.
